These Terms of Service govern the use of the website deuxsoeurs.ch and purchases made from Deux Soeurs Sàrl.

Deux Soeurs creates and sells handcrafted scented candles and related products.

Because many of our products are handmade, slight variations in colour, finish, appearance or other characteristics may occur from one item to another. Such variations are part of the handmade nature of the products and are not necessarily defects.

We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, photographs and colours as accurately as possible. However, colours and appearance may vary depending on the device or screen used.

Product availability is subject to stock.

3. Prices

Prices displayed on our website are indicated in Swiss francs (CHF) unless otherwise stated.

Applicable taxes are included where required unless expressly indicated otherwise.

Shipping costs, where applicable, are displayed before the order is confirmed.

We reserve the right to change our prices at any time. The price applicable to an order is the price displayed when the order is submitted.

4. Orders and conclusion of the contract

Before submitting an order, you have the opportunity to review your shopping cart and correct any errors.

By clicking the final order button at checkout, you submit a binding order for the products selected.

After receiving your order, we send an electronic confirmation to the email address provided during checkout.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in particular where a product is unavailable, where payment cannot be authorised, where incorrect pricing or product information has been displayed, or where we reasonably suspect fraud or misuse.

If we cancel an order after payment has been received, the relevant amount will be refunded.

5. Payment

The payment methods available are displayed during checkout.

Payments are processed through Shopify and/or the relevant payment service providers.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete billing and payment information.

6. Shipping and delivery

Orders are generally dispatched within 2 business days, although this timeframe may occasionally be extended.

We offer free shipping within Switzerland for orders of CHF 110 or more.

Other applicable shipping costs are displayed during checkout.

Estimated delivery times are indicative and may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control.

7. Studio pickup

Where available, customers may collect their order from our studio:

We will notify you when your order is ready for collection.

8. Returns, damaged items and refunds

Swiss law does not provide a general right to cancel an online purchase simply because the customer has changed their mind.

We therefore do not accept returns for change of mind unless otherwise expressly agreed.

If you receive an incorrect item or if an item arrives damaged, please contact us at info@deuxsoeurs.ch as soon as possible and provide photographs of the item and its packaging where relevant.

Depending on the circumstances, we may offer a replacement or refund.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable Swiss law in relation to defective goods.
