We offer FREE shipping on orders over CHF110.- within Switzerland.
We do our best to prepare your orders as fast as possible. In general, all orders are sent out within 2 working days. However, we are a very small team, and it can sometimes take a little longer to prepare your order. Please don’t hesitate to contact us if you have any urgent requests.
You will receive a confirmation e-mail once your order has been sent.

PostPac Priority up to 10kg CHF 10.70-

You can pick up your order directly at our studio in Morges. Our address is Avenue de Riond Bosson, 3, 1110 Morges, Switzerland. As soon as your order is ready to be picked up, we will contact you by email.
Returns and refunds
Our candles are handmade and may vary in color, appearance and may have small imperfections. If you have any questions or issues with your order, please don’t hesitate to contact us. Your feedback really means a lot to us and helps us improve.
We only accept returns on products that were sent to you in error or damaged during transport. To be eligible for a return, ordered products must be in the same condition as received: unused and in their original packaging.
All of our products are carefully inspected before they are shipped.
In case the product is broken or damaged during transport, we offer free replacements or full refunds. If you received damaged items, please send us an e-mail with a photo of the product and package to firstname.lastname@example.org
We reserve the right of refusal if we consider the product usable.
Once your refund is processed, you will receive the funds via the agreed payment method.
